At Jones Hat Co., we want you to love your hat. We also understand that buying a hat online means you can't try it on first.

That's why we offer our 60-Day Wear-It Guarantee.

Wear it. Live in it. See if it's right for you.

If you're not happy with the fit, comfort, or style, you can return your hat within 60 days of delivery for a refund. We'll even cover return shipping.

Our 60-Day Guarantee

• 60 days to decide: You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

• Normal wear is welcome: Wear your hat during everyday activities to see how it fits, feels, and looks.

• Free return shipping: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

• Refund to your original payment method: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the amount paid for the hat.

Return Conditions

We want you to actually wear your hat before deciding whether it's right for you.

Normal everyday wear is covered, even if you've removed the tags.

However, the guarantee does not cover hats that have been intentionally damaged, altered, excessively soiled, or subjected to unreasonable wear and tear.

How to Start a Return

Email jon@joneshatcompany.com within 60 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and let us know you'd like to return your hat.

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct shipping information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned hat, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The refund covers the price paid for the returned product, including any applicable discounts.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping is always on us for approved returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at jon@joneshatcompany.com.

We'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Want to try a different colorway? Email us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Exceptions

Gift cards are nonreturnable.
