How to measure

Run a soft tape around your head, just above your ears and across the middle of your forehead.

Keep it level all the way around — not angled up at the back. That's where most people get a number that's too small.

Snug, not tight. One finger should slide under the tape. Write the number down before you forget it.
No tape measure? Use a phone charging cable or a strip of paper, mark where it overlaps, then hold it against a ruler. Close enough — the snap does the rest.
